• MAX - If the Max record function is turned on meter will record the highest reading captured and display on the screen
• Min - If the Min record function is turned on meter will record the lowest reading captured and display on the screen
• AVG - If the Avg function is turned on meter will average the reading from the selected sensor and smooth out the captured data, it will then display the average data in the dual display as well as the raw reading. This function can be very usefull when temperature is not stable or temperature reading is fluctuating
• HOLD - If the Hold function is turned on meter will hold the current data display on the screen, for example: this function can be usefull when you may need to wright down the data on the screen
• T1-T2-T3-T4 - 4 Data Thermocouple inputs 
• °C/°F/K - there are 3 Temperature units of selection Celsius, Fahrenheit and Kelvin
• TIMER - Time function is automatically switched on when Min/Max record function is activated.
• ZERO OFFSET - Use the offset feature to adjust the thermometer's reading to compensate for a known temperature. The allowable adjustment range is +/-5°C or +/-9°F
